Gentle Flow Yoga
A slower, more restorative style of yoga class that combines movement, meditation and breathing techniques to gently improve strength, flexibility and balance, whilst calming the nervous system and promoting deep relaxation. Open to all levels, including beginners, seniors and pregnant women.
This offering is currently on pause while Lauren takes maternity leave.
Weekly Gentle Flow Yoga will return in Spring 2026.

Meditation Classes
A gently guided 60 minute meditation class designed to help you slow down, settle and reconnect.
Each session includes time to arrive and ground, approximately 30 minutes of guided (non-religious) meditation, and space at the end for integration and reflection.
Meditation is a simple and accessible practice that supports relaxation, mental clarity and nervous system regulation. Open to all levels, with no experience needed.
You’re welcome to sit on a chair, sit on the floor, or lie down using familiar yoga props — and are always encouraged to adjust your position to feel comfortable and supported.
